Interview With Brian Flatt, The Author Of The Brandnew 1 Week Diet

How did you end up in the health & fitness industry? “I’ve been passionate about fitness and healthy nutrition my entire life, however, it wasn’t until my late 20s when I opened my first gym, R.E.V.
